Editorialist doesn’t ship an AI — it ships a format. Copy the review instructions and your scene into whatever model you trust: the chatbot subscription you already pay for, at full strength. Paste the formatted response back, and the review sweep begins. No API key, no per-token bill, no model lock-in — and it works identically with a human editor or beta reader. Editorial judgment is frontier-model work: use the strongest model you have.

Suggestions append as review blocks below the scene, and the sweep walks them one by one: accept, reject, defer — or rewrite the line as something entirely your own. In-session undo, with conservative matching so nothing lands on the wrong text.
