Privacy Policy
Information we collect and why. We process account and sign-in data, subscription and entitlement status, Community profile and project details, public posts and progress summaries you choose to publish, basic usage and security logs, and support messages. We use this information to operate, secure, improve, bill for, and support Radial Timeline. Community content is public. We do not sell personal information. Community safety. If someone reports a post, we collect the reporter’s account ID, the reported post and author, the selected reason, optional details, and timestamps. We use this information to investigate abuse, enforce our rules, prevent repeat misuse, and meet legal obligations. Report records and limited content evidence may be kept after a post or account is deleted when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal claims. Your choices. You can edit or remove your public Community content, pause or revoke Community sharing, and request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to limited legal and safety exceptions. We use essential cookies for sign-in and limited analytics to understand product use. Service providers process data on our behalf under their own safeguards. Contact us through the contact page with privacy requests.
Cookies & Analytics
This website sets no cookies. radialtimeline.com stores nothing on your device — no advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, and no third-party analytics scripts. Visits are counted with Framer’s cookieless, aggregate analytics, which never stores personal identifiers.
Community: signing in to the Radial Timeline Community uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security only. They are required for the service to work, are never used for advertising, and are never shared. If this ever changes, we will ask first — should we ever add tools that require consent, nothing will load before you agree.
Terms of Use
By using Radial Timeline you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, resell, disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. You remain responsible for content you submit. Community conduct. Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing or private information, impersonation, fraud, malware, illegal content, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not spam, post repetitive or unsolicited promotions, use deceptive engagement tactics, or use Community primarily for advertising, lead generation, affiliate links, or commercial solicitation. Genuine recommendations and project news are welcome when relevant and any paid, gifted, affiliate, employment, or other material connection is clearly disclosed. Moderation. Members may report posts. We may review, limit distribution of, remove, or preserve content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these terms, Community safety, or law require it. We may act without prior notice in urgent cases. Repeated or severe abuse may result in permanent removal. Knowingly false or abusive reports may also violate these terms. Community feature acceptance. Before first posting—and again after material rule changes—we may require you to affirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Community rules. Your acceptance may be recorded with the version and time. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your content
You keep everything you make. Posting to Radial Timeline Community does not transfer ownership of your writing, artwork, or anything else you share.
To show your work to other people, we need your permission to store and display it. By posting, you grant Radial Timeline LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, and publicly display the content you choose to share — solely to operate the Community and show that content to the people you have chosen to show it to.
That licence is deliberately narrow:
It covers only content you affirmatively choose to publish. The manuscripts in your vault are never covered, because they are never sent to us.
It extends to our service providers (hosting, storage, content delivery) only as far as running the service requires.
We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not license it to anyone else for that purpose.
We do not sell your content.
It ends when you delete the content or your account — subject to a short window while deletion completes and routine backups age out.
Your promises. By posting, you confirm that you own the content or otherwise have the right to share it, and that sharing it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law. You are responsible for what you post.
Removal. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or in response to a valid copyright notice — see our Copyright & DMCA Policy below.
